Roto-molded Housing:

The housing has been designed to support a large Super-nano Web Dry air filter and the housing also sports the all new ClearVue sight window to allow for easy visual inspection of the air filter.

This Evolution Air Intake System uses a custom designed and dyno-tuned, intake tube to produces huge power gains while retaining a OE quality fit.

SuperNano-Web Dry Air Filter:

The massive SuperNano-Web Dry air filter is uniquely designed to work with the EVO7100. This has allowed our engineers to increases the available air volume while keeping a simple and clean appearance to the intake system. 

Quality Hardware:

Here is the Injen Technology EVO7003 - part of the Evolution series of Air Induction Systems. This is for the 2007- 2010 Silverado 3500 HD V8 6.6L LMM Duramax (as well as the GMC Sierra 2500/ 3500)

Like all of our products in the Evolution line, the EVO7003 is designed using the latest CMM Laser Scanning hardware and SolidWorks 3D CAD software. All prototypes are printed on one of our state of the art 3D printers, and then they are extensively tested on our in house Dyno.
Evolution Intakes are Injen Technology’s newest state of the art induction kits made of rotomolded cross linked high density polyethylene for superior quality and durability. Our rotomolded intake boxes are designed to incorporate the largest dry filter on the market. The SuperNano Web Fiber filter utilizes a micro fiber web on the surface, in order to capture airborne contaminants. The new EVO air intakes come with stainless steel hardware and automotive grade urethane couplers.
